The Apollo Profile Pscyhometric Personality Test report is a properly validated psychometric test designed to allow recruiters to evaluate vital personality factors prior to offering employment or promotion. An overall Suitability Percentile Score is calculated, which is a valuable aid in assessing numerous candidates quickly. Score detail and interpretation detail for every factor is also provided.
The candidate percentile score for each factor and for each group of factors is shown using Green, Amber and Red to indicate Job Suitability. A percentile score of 50 or more indicates that candidate has a Suitability Score similar to the top 50% of real world employees in that norm set.
34 factors for job suitability are reported on, broken into 8 groups of associated factors.
Generic norm sets are provided to assess candidates against. They are: Executive -Management -Sales -General Workforce -Call Centre Sales and Call Centre Support.
The Apollo Profile Pscyhometric Personality Test report is generated after a candidate completes the 250 item Apollo questionnaire – takes around 25 minutes.
A range of reports is available for recruiters to select from, and include reports that may be given to the candidate.

” Dear John
Thank you for running the ‘Leading People’ professional development with our leadership group at Kolbe. Investing in this group of people is an essential aspect of running the college to meet our objective to become a ‘high achieving’ school for all. Finishing with the Apollo Profile was the icing on the cake – challenging for many individuals, who also felt affirmed. It was amazing that a group of multi-choice questions could actually identify fairly accurate leadership characteristics and areas for further development.”
Caroline Payne (Principal – Kolbe Catholic College Rockingham – WA)
